MSCAA Vision Statement
It is the vision of the Modoc-Siskiyou Community Action Agency that, as
a result of our supportive investment in low-income families, they will
be more self-sufficient, family bonds will be strengthened, and
dependency on the welfare system will be reduced.
Furthermore,
as we progress in our ambitious goal to "help families in helping
themselves," we endeavor to not only satisfy the physiological
fundamental needs of our clients, but also the psychological needs as
they pertain to employment and future success in society.
MSCAA Mission Statement
To assist low-income families of Modoc and Siskiyou Counties in
attaining self-sufficiency through economic and social development for
the goal of integrating them as functional, viable, and productive
members of our local communities.
The
Modoc-Siskiyou Community Action Agency seeks to ensure that pertinent
skills and services are available to low-income families through a
case-managed integration of services in an effort to empower families
for far-reaching and life-enhancing family success.
